B Chandrasekaran, Senior Fellow

B Chandrasekaran
B Chandrasekaran received both his B.A and M.A in Economics from University of Madras, Chennai. He has also completed his Master of Philosophy degree in “Social Sciences” from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. Since then, he has been working in the area of development economics and public policies. He has worked with NGOs, University, Industry Chamber and Union Government. Currently, he is working as Consultant with the Planning Commission of India. He has widely traveled within India and also visited U.S.A and Indonesia.

Dr Christopher Lingle, Senior Fellow

Dr Christopher Lingle
Dr Christopher Lingle is Visiting Professor of Economics in ESEADE at Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala and Adjunct Scholar at the Centre for Independent Studies in Sydney. After earning his doctorate in economics from the University of Georgia in 1977, he has served principally as a university professor. Most of his career has been spent outside the USA, including university appointments in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America. He is an ardent and energetic defender of individual freedom.
