Going Live Tomorrow:
Spontaneous Dialogue on the ‘Indian Economic Slowdown’
India's economy is slowing down. Industries ranging from automobiles to garments are reporting a sizable dip in demand, and many companies are reportedly considering massive layoffs. But how bad is it actually? Is it simply a minor market correction or is it the beginning of a recession? Moreover, how did we get here and what steps need to be taken to ensure that our economy bounces back?
To answer these questions, and further questions posed by our live viewers, Centre for Civil Society is hosting the next edition of Spontaneous Dialogue on the ''Indian Economic Slowdown". The discussion will aim to dissect the issue from the rhetoric and to objectively assess the state of our economy.
The dialogue will be streamed live on our Facebook page
