LATEST ON SO: FEDERAL STRUCTURE AND STATES' RIGHTS
In remembrance of Minoo Masani's 112th anniversary, Spontaneous Order published a brief excerpt from his monograph "The Constitution: Twenty- Five Years Later", which was derived from two lectures Masani delivered at Bangalore University in 1974 as part of an endowment on the subject 'Aspects of Democracy and Public Administration in India'. In the excerpt, Masani recalls a debate on federalism from his time as a member of the Union Powers Committee.
