Highlights:

  • R Jagannathan on Religious and Cultural Freedom in India, to be discussed by Sadanand Dhume
  • Jaithirth Rao on Why Liberal Parties Fail?, and the discussant will be Swaminathan Aiyar
  • Barun Mitra on Liberalism for Whom, paper will be discussed by Gurcharan Das
