A 2026 graduate of Ramjas College, University of Delhi, with a degree in Life Sciences, Hajra brings together an academic background in the sciences and a strong passion for design and visual communication. During college, an interest in typefaces, layouts, and visual storytelling grew alongside her academic work and became a consistent thread throughout her journey.
She has explored student leadership, creative campaigns, and community initiatives, while continuing to develop her interest in design. For her, design goes beyond aesthetics - it is about making ideas easier to understand, stories more memorable, and conversations more engaging.
As a NextGen Fellow at the Centre for Civil Society, she is keen to understand how ideas translate into policy, learn from diverse perspectives, and explore the intersection of public policy, economics, and communication. She hopes to bring her creative perspective to the programme while developing a deeper understanding of how thoughtful ideas can contribute to meaningful change.
