Harsh Singh is a law and public policy professional specialising in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Energy Law, and Climate Change. He holds a B.A.LL.B (Hons.) with a specialisation in Energy Laws from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and an LL.M in ADR from O.P. Jindal Global University, and is currently pursuing his doctoral studies with a focus on Cross-Border Mediation.
A globally accredited mediator with SIMI, IMI, and CMC, and a certified arbitrator and negotiator, Harsh has represented clients across a range of civil and commercial disputes. He previously served as Global Operations Director at ADR ODR International and brings nearly two years of prior experience at CCS, where his work spanned policy training, research, and programme design.
A fellow of the Global Policy, Diplomacy, and Sustainability programme, Harsh is committed to legal literacy in underserved communities and contributes regularly to seminars, workshops, and legal forums.
