Manoj Mathew is a public policy professional, educator, and institutional strategist with over 25 years of leadership experience across think tanks, non-profits, consulting, and academia. As Director of Policy Outreach at the Centre for Civil Society (CCS), he drives evidence-based research into policy action. Over his tenure at CCS, he has held several pivotal roles, including Director of Programs and Director of Operations & Outreach. He was instrumental in advancing the campaign "Bamboo is Not a Tree," which drove regulatory reforms for India's bamboo sector and led to landmark amendments to the Indian Forest Act.

He concurrently serves as Affiliate Strategic Advisor to the Acton Institute and pro bono Vice President of the Association for Public Policy Education (APPE), and was formerly Chief Operating Officer of the Centre for Public Policy Research (CPPR) and Secretary General of the International Young Catholic Students (IYCS). He previously served as Professor of Practice in Public Policy at Christ University. Well travelled, he has worked and lived in Manila and Paris, engaged in global advocacy addressing student poverty and peace-building. He holds a Master's in Public Policy from O.P. Jindal Global University and lives in Delhi NCR.
