Pankaj Kumar brings nearly three decades of experience in finance, accounts, audit, taxation, and compliance, including around 18 years of experience working with international non-governmental organisations. He has been associated with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom since 2007, where he has served as Finance Manager, overseeing partner accounts, donor reporting, financial monitoring, and regulatory compliance across India.

His expertise includes financial management, FCRA compliance, donor fund monitoring, statutory audits, taxation, and financial reporting. He has extensive experience working with partner organisations, providing technical support and building the capacity of finance teams to strengthen financial systems and compliance. He has also worked on internal audits and controls, donor utilisation monitoring, and statutory and regulatory requirements.
