Bhavya is a Science and Technology Policy Consultant at Centre for Civil Society. She is a Young India Fellow (cohort of 2021) from Ashoka University and has previously worked in the field of risk consulting with Genpact Enterprise Risk Consulting. She has a B.Com (Hons.) degree from the University of Delhi and a Korean language diploma from the language institute (Sejong Hakdang) of the South Korean Embassy in India. Apart from risk consulting and public policy, she has experience interning and working across the handloom industry, telecommunication infrastructure industry and the social sector. Bhavya strongly believes that policymaking should be participatory and evidence-based.
When she is not working or reading, you can find her singing or watching YouTube videos about different cultures and economies around the world. Bhavya also enjoys cooking and is a professionally trained western vocalist from Rock School London.
