CCS has pioneered educational and outreach programs on a liberal approach to public policy for a diverse audience comprising students, journalists, development leaders and young professionals through its Academy. CCS Academy introduces, engages and connects with scholars to develop leaders with new ideas to change the climate of opinion towards a liberal approach to public policy.

To do the same, CCS Academy focuses on reaching out to young scholars through certificate courses, credit programs, colloquia and lecture series. We engage with over 3,000 change agents (those in positions of influence and multipliers of ideas) and future leaders (the best young minds aged 18-30) each year. Going forward, the Academy intends to expand its outreach by conducting online and offline public policy courses. We are looking for an Associate to help oversee the conceptualization, design and development of the course, followed by its rollout and impact evaluation.
