Project Bolo English

For the academic year 2022-23, 300 schools including both budget private schools and semi-government schools registered with our program. We started working with learning centres for out-of-school children in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and New Delhi. The team also completed teacher training for ~4000 teachers who received spoken English application skills.

Hiring Videographers – Field Documentation Project (Pune & Mumbai)

We are looking for experienced videographers to support a large-scale field research project in Pune and Mumbai.

Location

School Blocks:

Haveli: Aundh, Yerwada
Pune: Pimpri, Pune City, Hadapsar
Mumbai and Sub-Urban Mumbai (All)

Scope of Work

Record short video testimonials of students and parents
- Students: Total 12–20; per student per city
- Parents: Total 12–20; per parent per city
Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage of survey fieldwork
Ensure high-quality audio and video in real-world settings

Requirements

Prior experience in documentary / field / social sector shoots
Ability to work in low-resource, on-ground environments
Strong skills in framing, lighting, and audio capture
Must have own camera and sound equipment
Comfortable interacting respectfully with diverse communities
Fluency in Hindi and Marathi required
Local candidates only

Project Details

Locations: Pune & Mumbai (school catchment areas)
Duration: End-April to May; ~5–7 days of fieldwork per city
Engagement: Short-term, field-based
