About Governance Vertical

It identifies and addresses obsolete, burdensome, and inconsistent laws that restrict freedom, choice, and economic growth, while advocating for reforms that protect individual rights, reflect democratic will, and enable efficient resource allocation. The vertical’s work spans research on the quality of laws, building a business enabling environment through decriminalization and repeal of outdated legislations, and advancing policy solutions in areas such as health regulation and market governance.
