Project Bolo English

For the academic year 2022-23, 300 schools including both budget private schools and semi-government schools registered with our program. We started working with learning centres for out-of-school children in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and New Delhi. The team also completed teacher training for ~4000 teachers who received spoken English application skills.

Vikalp was a skill voucher pilot project, acknowledged as the model for NSDC's STAR Scheme (a INR 1,000 crore skill development scheme launched by the Ministry of Finance). A vikalp voucher is an instrument given to an individual, which enables him to obtain training from any training institute accredited with the provider of the voucher.

Delhi Voucher Pilot

We launched India's first School Voucher Project in Delhi on 28 March 2007 as part of our School Choice Campaign. To demonstrate the power of school choice, we awarded school vouchers worth up to INR 3600 per year to 408 students in 68 wards of Delhi.
