Job Title: Social Media and Marketing Intern
Location: Centre for Civil Society, New Delhi (In Person)
Duration: 1-month probation period, extendable to 3 months
Start Date: August 1, 2024
Compensation: Unpaid internship

About Us: Centre for Civil Society (CCS) is an independent public policy think tank based in New Delhi, focusing on education, livelihood, and policy training to promote choice and accountability across private and public sectors. CCS engages with policy and opinion leaders through research, pilot projects, and advocacy to translate policy into practice.

Job Description:

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging social media posts for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design digital graphics, including banners, infographics, videos, and promotional materials.

Social Media Management:

  • Schedule and publish posts on social media channels.
  • Analyze social media analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.

Campaign Curation:

  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for different ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop campaign strategies.

Event Support:

  • Assist in the planning and promotion of projects and events.
  • Attend events to capture content for social media coverage.

Project Assistance:

  • Support ongoing marketing projects as needed.
  • Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with digital creation tools such as Canva, etc.
  • Be creatively inclined and hands-on in ideating different designing and marketing strategies.

Additional Information:

  • This internship is in-person.
  • The probation period is one month, with the possibility of extension to three months based on performance.
