Tapasya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology. After graduation, she dedicated several years to preparing for the Civil Services Examination, which sparked her interest and passion for public policy. She completed two certificate courses in public policy from the Centre for Civil Society and YLAC, and was a Researching Reality Scholar in 2025, working on the themes of Trust-Based Governance and Decriminalization for Development. Before joining the Academy Team at CCS, she pursued the SBI Youth for India Fellowship, during which she was posted in rural Assam—gaining valuable experience in grassroots research and development work.
