Bhupinder is a seasoned operations and L&D professional with over two decades of experience in organizational management, systems optimization, and people development. A graduate of Kurukshetra University, he also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from IMT, Ghaziabad.
Since joining the Centre for Civil Society in 2004, Bhupinder has played a key role in building and strengthening the organization’s internal systems and culture. Currently, he leads the Learning and Development vertical, where he focuses on designing and driving initiatives that enhance team capabilities, foster continuous learning, and support organisational growth.
With a strong foundation in administration, IT, and human resource management, Bhupinder brings a unique ability to connect operational excellence with people development. He has extensive experience in end-to-end office management, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring that systems run smoothly and cost-effectively across the organization.
Known for his structured approach and reliability, Bhupinder ensures that both people and processes are aligned to deliver high-impact outcomes. His ability to manage multiple responsibilities, streamline operations, and create learning-focused environments makes him a vital pillar of the organisation.
Prior to this, he served as Senior Manager – Administration & IT at the CUTS Institute for Regulation & Competition (CIRC), New Delhi, where he further strengthened his expertise in institutional operations and infrastructure management.
