​Bhupinder graduated from Kurukshetra University and did a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from IMT, Ghaziabad. He has been working with the Centre for Civil Society since 2004. He has more than 18 years of experience in administrative functions including handling end-to-end Office management, IT and Human Resource Management.

He ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective and implementation of the right processes and practices across the organization. He ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another. Bhupinder has also worked as Senior Manager, Administration & IT at CUTS Institute for Regulation & Competition (CIRC), New Delhi. He is very good at handling multiple tasks and work pressure with ease.
