Aayushi is a Junior Associate with the CCS Academy at the Centre for Civil Society. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from Atma Ram Sanatan Dharm College, University of Delhi.

Aayushi brings a strong academic foundation in economics, complemented by her exposure to areas such as econometrics, development economics, and environmental economics. She has demonstrated a keen interest in research and analysis through her work on case studies, including a detailed evaluation of financial services using strategic frameworks like SWOT and PESTEL.

At CCS Academy, she supports program execution and contributes to learning and engagement initiatives. Her prior experience in student-led organizations has strengthened her skills in communication, digital outreach, and team coordination. She has also held leadership roles, including serving as Deputy Digital Head of her college debating society, where she managed social media and helped organize events.

Aayushi is particularly interested in leveraging policy and education to drive meaningful social impact.
