Sarath Murali joined the Centre for Civil Society as a Junior Associate, bringing with him a strong foundation in video editing, visual storytelling, and digital content production. With hands-on experience across media platforms, Sarath has worked extensively on editing, post-production, and managing digital channels, contributing to impactful and engaging content creation.
Prior to joining CCS, he worked as a Video Editor with People’s Review and SportLite, where he edited raw footage into polished videos, managed YouTube and Instagram accounts, and contributed to pre-production planning and creative ideation.
Sarath is proficient in industry-standard tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop. He also has experience in 3D animation and modelling, adding a creative and technical edge to his work.
At CCS, he supports multimedia production and digital initiatives, helping translate ideas into compelling visual narratives that advance the organisation’s mission.
