Dharmraj Joshi is a development professional with extensive experience in rural development, women empowerment, and livelihoods promotion. Holding an MA in Development from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, and a Certificate Course in Policy Research, Leadership and Governance from IIM Ranchi, he brings eight years of hands-on expertise from grassroots NGOs such as Seva Mandir, Vidya Bhawan, and SRIJAN, as well as government agencies like NIRD & Ministry of Rural Development, and CSR initiatives with ICICI Foundation. His core strengths lie in need identification, intervention design, and capacity-building trainings, particularly for small entrepreneurs. A co-founder of Udaipur Film Society and co-convenor/convener of its first three annual film festivals, he has also contributed to CCS through the iPolicy programme, an EduDoc Fellowship, and a film festival internship.
