Harshita Rana holds a Master's degree in International Politics from SOAS, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from SGTB Khalsa College, University of Delhi. She has a strong background in public policy, research, and international relations.
Harshita has more than three years of experience in the development sector. At Research Realm, she led a team in conducting urban sanitation surveys, which influenced policy changes and sustainable practices across several cities. She also worked at the Centre de Sciences Humaines, where she analysed political speeches and tweets to identify key populist trends in Indian politics. Additionally, she has experience in program implementation from her time at Sampurna NGO, where she designed programs for domestic violence survivors, and AIESEC, where she led educational projects for underprivileged children.
Harshita is passionate about foreign affairs and human rights. She enjoys reading about these topics, watching documentaries, and engaging in debates. She is excited to bring her diverse skill set and dedication to advancing impactful policy initiatives at the Centre for Civil Society.
