Riya is an Associate, Strategy at CCS. She is tasked with cultivating and maintaining relationships with (U)HNIs and philanthropic foundations to foster collaboration. Previously, she was a Consultant at Accelerate Indian Philanthropy supporting knowledge creation to catalyse purposeful and strategic philanthropy. She has also interned with NGOs in the development sector, such as ASER and the Migration and Asylum Project, where she provided research support to drive social impact.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi, India.
