"TweakBook on Governance Reforms’ is a compendium of good governance ideas for the executive branch of the government. It is compiled with the intent that as a first step, much improvement in governance and the quality of life of India’s citizens could be achieved through intelligent and precise tweaks (IPTs) directly by the executive branch. This compendium recommends not massive, but micro-changes, on issues that the executive branch works on daily. These tweaks have been sourced with the support of 17 ‘contributors’ - esteemed practitioners, highly experienced in the day-to-day implementation of governance.
