Project Bolo English

The Bolo English Teacher Program was recently launched in Karimnagar, Telangana, in the presence of over 100 principals and teachers from government and private schools. During our interaction, the school leaders emphasised the importance of spoken English for teachers and students and encouraged other school leaders to participate actively in the program.

Policy Discussion on Air Quality in New Delhi

CCS in collaboration with Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) hosted students from the social entrepreneurship club of Sri Venkateswara College “ENACTUS” to engage in Policy discussion on Air Pollution. The interaction on 10 January 2023 revolved around air quality, tools of measurement, stakeholders engagement, shortcomings and scope of improvement.

Photojournalism Workshop

CCS in collaboration with Jindal University’s Centre for New Economic Studies hosted a two day workshop on documenting the lives of street vendors. This was attended by the Jeevika Fellows, in order to equip them with the best tools to document and display the lives of the oft-ignored hawkers of India.
